DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS

At The Posh Furniture Company we will always endeavour to dispatch all goods so that delivery can be made within the time frame agreed, however we cannot be held responsible for any external factors which may affect delivery. These factors can sometimes be beyond our control. Please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for delivery to be made.

We The Posh Furniture Company have made every effort to ensure that products are shown as true to life as possible, information including images, product descriptions, product specifications and even pricing can only be as accurate as the website, user hardware and user software allows. We recommend that customers with Bespoke products, special order items, or  generally unsure about an answer to a question speak with our team first before ordering. Our friendly experts are on hand 5 days a week to answer all of your questions, so make use of our LiveChat, and Contact facilities, If your unsure please speak to us before ordering.

Finally, we cannot 100% guarantee a colour match for a product from an image that is displayed on our website. Graphics and displays hardware can produce slight variations in colours displayed and it's  difficult to ensure colours are accurately displayed. The appearance of finished & unfinished doors are not warranted in any event. Natural variations of texture or colour of the timber aren't considered as defects.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK

In the event that there is a problem with any of the stock items you have ordered, we reserve the right to send you a like for like product of the same value as an alternative. If this happens you will be contacted first. If there isn't any like for like product we can send, we will contact you and make every effort to help find you a suitable alternative option instead, Failing this you will be entitled to a full refund.

With our products we often get our shipped items direct from supplier, So we do reply on regular stock updates from our suppliers to make sure our website is accurate as possible. By avoiding disappointment at the checkout, You could contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to check the stock of any items you wish to purchase.

 

PRICING POLICY

All products on The Posh Furniture Company website are priced in pounds sterling (unless an alternative currency is chosen) and include UK VAT at the current rate. This can be changed to display Euros & GBP by using the toggle switch in the top right of the page.

On The Posh Furniture Company website contains there is a huge number of high quality products and despite our best efforts there maybe a small possibility that some goods may contain some errors. Whilst we try to make every effort to ensure that mistakes are kept to a minimum, our products are hand-priced, to ensure we offer unbeatable value, but this means there maybe some human error.
 
If you find any information which you believe to be incorrect, please inform our team and we will have the mistake corrected right away.
 
The price of any products will be quoted in your order acknowledgement email, except in cases of obvious error. If a product is incorrectly priced on the website, then we will contact you to notify you of the error, offering a solution to the issue. Where a product's correct price is lower than the price displayed on the website, we will charge the lower amount and reimburse the funds back to your account when dispatching the goods to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, then we will contact you with an offer to pay the remaining amount, or will reject the order and reimburse all funds back into your account.
 
Customers are only allocated one discount code per order. Discounts are not applicable for use with sale items which are already discounted/at a reduced price. This applies to all running promotions and discount codes on the website. Due to a different pricing structure issued by The posh Furniture Company we cannot accept discount codes with finance orders. If you require more information then please contact us.

 

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all goods can be made by credit or debit card via Klarna, PayPal, Amazon Payments, bank transfer (BACS). All of these options are currently available at the checkout when you have added items into your basket. Please do not email your card details to us. Nobody from The Posh Furniture Company will ever request details via an email and we are not responsible for the security of your details if they are sent this way. The security of your details is very important to us.

 
If we suspect an order to be fraudulent in any way, then we reserve the right to reject the order. We cannot refund any orders which are flagged by our system as fraudulent and will forward all details to the relevant authorities.
 
Credit card and Identity fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

We're partnered with Klarna to provide a 'Smooth' checkout experience when shopping online with The Posh Furniture Company.  Simply add your items to the basket and you'll be prompted with a choice of four payment methods provided by Klarna when checking out. Klarna are a payment provider from Sweden, and have branched out across the globe, offering a fantastic new way to pay for your goods.  What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
 

If you want to make a purchase using Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile phone number and email address. This is a requirement in case we need to reach you, from order details, to dispatch right through to payment. All statements will be sent to your email and you can easily manage this with the Klarna mobile app. It's really important you provide us with the correct contact details, as any late payments may be subject to late payment fees and we cannot be held responsible if you entered details incorrectly at the time of ordering.

 
 Will a credit check take place?

These soft-searches do not leave a footprint and do not affect your credit score, therefore are not visible to other lenders. We offer four payment methods from Klarna on our website. Details of these payment methods can be read below;

Pay Later (30 days)

Get your goods today and pay up to 30 days later. It really is that simple! Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna (alternatively you can download the Apple/Android app and manage your Klarna account there!). You have up to 30 days to pay for your goods. This payment is offered, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via any UK credit or debit card.

Pay Later (in 3 installments)

Pay Later in 3 allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each installment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered when checking out. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed and then installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled for 30 & 60 days later, respectively.

Slice It

Am I eligible for Pay Later?

 
To use Pay Later, you must be at least 18 years old and while this option is widely promoted from Klarna and ourselves, Pay Later is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing to checkout with Pay Later, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
 
How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Klarna Pay Later?
 
Klarna is unique and Pay Later based on a number of factors, such as order value, purchase history & item availability. If you would like to use our Pay Later option, you can help to improve your chances of being offered & accepted for Pay Later by ensuring you provide accurate address details and your full name, shipping to your registered billing address also helps.
 
Can I pay my Pay Later order before the due date?
 
Yes! You can pay for your Pay Later order at any time after you receive the first payment email from Klarna. Just follow the instructions on the email or use the app to make your secure payment.
 
Have you received my payment?
 
If you choose to checkout as normal with a credit/debit card payment, we will confirm your order immediately. However, if you use Pay Later, Klarna will send a payment confirmation to the email address entered on your order details. If you have made a payment but not received your confirmation email yet, never panic. You can check online or via the app to see the latest status of your order.
 
I've received my statement, but not my goods.
 
You have 30 days to pay, so you don't need to pay right away. If your due date is near and your goods have still not arrived, Please contact us and we'll check on delivery for you. Some items are offered on longer delivery times, so this can be perfectly normal - you will be made aware if this is the case.

 

Your card will be debited when your order is placed and successful, (with the exception of Amazon Payments) as is the case with most other online and high street stores. These funds are subject to the banking system and though we do not receive the funds immediately, we will still honour the order and arrange for dispatch in line with the product lead times on site.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item, you will be entitled to a full refund to your card for the full value of the order. This refund will be actioned in accordance with or Return & Refund policy

For Deko orders, we only require the chosen deposit to be paid before the order can be processed. Once we dispatch the goods to you the order is marked as fulfilled, your first monthly payment will be approximately 30 days from this date. Full details are given when the order is placed.

For Amazon Payment orders, we will collect payment from your Amazon payment wallet as soon as the items are dispatched.

 

When purchasing goods online from our website, we require all customers to register a few selected details shown on the registration page. These details are used as part of our fraud screening procedures, which all orders are subject to. This helps us to protect both yourself and us from fraudulent transactions and ensures our website is 100% secure. No card details are ever stored by The Posh Furniture Company.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you have any issues with your order on arrival, you will be entitled to an exchange, replacement or a full refund upon confirmation that there is a fault. Where necessary, we will arrange to collect the faulty items and replace as quick as possible.

All of our orders have a 14 day money back guarantee as standard. You have the right to cancel without giving a reason for 14 days from the point when you receive your full order. 

All refunds must be returned via the original payment method. Please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the funds to return to your account. We offer full terms and conditions on any returns/cancellations and refunds on our returns & refunds page.

 
The Posh Furniture Company reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions of sale from time to time.
